Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. No physical shipping

There are no physical products, couriers, shipping charges or delivery addresses involved in any purchase on the Service. Your billing address is used only for tax invoices.

2. Delivery of credits and plans

• Credits and plan benefits are added to your Workspace immediately after the payment aggregator (Razorpay or Cashfree) confirms your payment — usually within a few seconds and typically within 5 minutes.
• You receive a confirmation on screen and by email, and the purchase appears in the Billing page ledger with its order ID.
• If confirmation from your bank is delayed, the order shows as pending. We check the status automatically; if the payment is confirmed the credits are added, and if it fails any debited amount is reversed as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Delivery of AI outputs

Scripts, images, video clips, voices, music, edits, subtitles, posters, screenplay PDFs and final cuts are delivered inside the Service — in your project, the live studio, the media gallery and, where you create them, Pitch Rooms. Generation times depend on the tool, tier, length and current demand, and range from seconds for text to several minutes for video. The Service shows live progress and notifies you when work is ready.

You can download Outputs where download is available for your plan. Please keep your own copies of anything you need.

4. Delays and service availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but maintenance, high demand or issues with our infrastructure, AI or payment partners may occasionally delay delivery. Credits are never charged for generations that fail, and holds are released automatically. Planned maintenance is announced in the Service where possible.

5. Delivery support

If credits or Outputs have not been delivered as described, contact reachus@yourbackers.org or +91 95144 10101 with your registered email address and order or project ID. We respond within 2 business days.
